The plumber who showed up was nice and pleasant. He looked at the leak in my bathtub and quoted me $765 he said it needed a complete rebuild. I thought it was just a washer. He said the parts were $150. So labor would be $615. I asked how long to fix he said he could have it done in one hour. That’s $10.15 a minute. I passed and figured I could do it myself. The part was $35 I brought 2 the person at Home Depot recommended doing both at the same time. No rebuild that he figured out by looking at it for 30 seconds. Had to buy... read more

The team responded quickly to the initial problem but couldn’t fix it until “tomorrow”. I was quoted an “investigation price” which I expected to be folded into the repair price. It was not, and that surprised me when the final bill came. But the repair was done well, the team was professional and courteous, and we resolved our price issues. I would use them again but make sure there is complete clarity on price up front.
