I called and requested for an inspection of my main line as I had a blockage. I was given an appointment for the next day between 11 and 1 PM. A camera was going to check my line and if needed a quote for a relining was to be made. The next day I call the office 3 times as I have not heard from the technician, finally at 2 PM I get a call. The technician has no idea why he is coming over and asks what the issue is. This was a waste of my day, and total lack of communication from the company.
