The team responded quickly to the initial problem but couldn’t fix it until “tomorrow”. I was quoted an “investigation price” which I expected to be folded into the repair price. It was not, and that surprised me when the final bill came. But the repair was done well, the team was professional and courteous, and we resolved our price issues. I would use them again but make sure there is complete clarity on price up front.

This was the most painless experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. A-1 was able to give a quick window to have someone come out and clear the blockage between my house and the mainline. Our technician Jackie arrived early in the window and was very helpful and professional. He was able to effectively clear the blockage and then was on his way to save another family from plumbing nightmares. The worst experience possible I do not recommend this company as they came out to my complex today to help one of my elderly disabled tenants that needed some help, And I as a manager wanted to take care of the situation, but they insisted on charging her $75 for driving out and doing nothing. The technicians were very rude and training in customer service. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever use them. I hope this reaches consumers before they take it down.
