When it was obvious that we needed an updated AC system, we contacted A-1 as a recommendation from a friend who had worked for A-1. They installed a heat pump system that has proven very efficient and reliable, and less costly than electric heat. The owner was pleasant to work with and Jason was so good about stopping by when we experienced a "learning curve" period of time. He was very patient! We highly recommend A-1.
A-1 was fantastic. The initial system installed by the manufacturer was insufficient for the size of the home and A-1 evaluated the need and provided a reasonable quote and conducted the installation right away. The system has been working great throughout the past year. A-1 is scheduled for inspection and servicing after a year to ensure top performance of the systems. It's been a pleasure working with A-1 and everyone has been friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
We recently replaced our single-stage heat pump system with an Energy Star Cold Climate Midea Evox G3 system. Our experience with the A-1 Team was exceptional from start to finish. First off, the owner, Flint, came out to the house and spent 2 hours with me discussing our needs, looking at our existing equipment and going over the options.
