I just had the best experience with A1. The scheduling was super easy and when Roger arrived, I knew instantly I was in great hands. He is AWESOME! So warm, kind, and so helpful. He answered all my questions, was super clean and tidy leaving me zero mess, and just an all around really nice guy. Got my stove all serviced and cleaned up and ready for winter! Cheaper than others I called, too! Thank you!
So wanted to love these guys. Did a great job for me in the past. Took over a month for them to come out. Double billed me compared to last visit. When I mentioned it, the service guy said no. After he left, the stove was STILL NOT FIXED and I verified they double-billed me compared to 11 months prior (I.e. 2 service visits listed) Close to $400 for less than 2 hours of work. Price gouging. Makes me sad.

Replaced our fireplace insert fan promptly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
