Tried canceling my unit when I got back to school. They’re still charging me and I can’t get ahold of a single person. Mailbox always full so you can’t leave a message and the hours on the website aren’t even close to accurate.
The lady running it is fantastic, she will work with you if your havibg a issue
this was a last minute rental i needed for a month, they were wonderful to work with and my son had no issues with his unit, Hreat customer service.
