Unbelievably disrespectful manager, they are disorganized time-wasters. Second trip to load car at facility near Phillips highway. I asked in the front office if someone was in the yard to load my car, they said yes and when I parked in the yard nobody was there. I beeped the horn and looked in all of the buildings, HELLO??? There was another person who was in line behind me at the office and he was also hunting around the yard for the loading person. Wish I went with Classic Sod instead – I wish I saw these reviews beforehand. I had exactly the same experience. Horrible sod (I've orderd tons of this stuff so I know what it's supposed to look like). Weeks later, still trying to nurse it to health, and the sandy base makes it uneven. What's worse is that I ordered Palmetto, but they sent Floratam. I caught it when we were almost done laying it. I called them and they blew it off as not available.
