Victor is a classic scammer got some a catalytic converter's installed about a year ago for around $900. A few weeks ago my car started having trouble took it to my mechanic down the street at Chino Auto Care after they evaluated it they determined it was an exhaust issue so we took it back to Victor to see what the problem was. Long story short he said one of the 2 cats went bad within a year.
