Service at the front desk is rude. Couldn't smog my car on Saturday because "we close in an hour". Not sure why they couldn't do what they advertise as a offered service because they had more than an hour to do it, absolute nonsense. Made an appt with JT smog, never going to A1 again.
Went to two other shops first, but A1 was the most honest. Smog and break repair same day with an appointment. I'm new to Redding so finding a trustworthy shop was a huge relief, going to continue to use them!

Got there and was told my access panel for the smog i went in for was glued down on the bolts, once I pointed out there was no glue and the technician barely pulled into the bay looked down and pulled it out. A lilte dirty but not glued down!
