Took my mustang in to get smogged. When I got home, I noticed the OBO was pulled off the dash/column with the connecting piece laying on the floorboard. Not only did the technician break my OBO off, but he disrespectfully just tossed the connecting piece on the floor. In the future, they need to be more carefully. Not a big deal overall, but I am writing this review so when I need to smog my car again, if the technician tries to say they can't run the diagnostics due to the OBO being broken, then I can refer them to this rev... read more
