Had an issue with my Ryobi battery snow shovel still within warranty period. Ryobi sent me to A1 Small Engine shop to have it repaired.Yes there is a upfront $70 diagnostic fee as others have mentioned. The snow shovel could not be repaired and was replaced by Ryobi under the warranty.I was reimbursed for the diagnostic fee. Dave and all of the employees at A1 were friendly,knowledgeable, honest and customer focused.
Never got the proper belt for the auger drive. Despite having make and model of the snowblower. Even brought the old belt as a comparison. 3 attemps where made. I was charged $50.00 cash for one belt. Eventually found the auger belt at Canadian Tire for 16.00 plus tax.
Rude ,ignorant and not very helpful. Will never return
