Wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service I received with Dave upon repairing my lawnmower. Had my lawnmower backup and running. Thank you.
About 8 years ago my dad bought a used powerful lawn mower for $60. It worked with a little difficulty for a couple of months and instead of buying a new one, he decided to get it repaired. He brought it here and paid approx $100 to get it fixed and since then, the lawn mower starts beautifully on the first crank.
Horrible service, they take your money and a shipping fee for parts you ordered for a rush shipment. Weeks later still no parts. Called other dealers and the parts are available at the warehouse.
Drove almost an hour to bring in my battery operated mower for repair. Dave provided great service, follow up and advice. Well worth the drive, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for fair and honest service.
Went to the A1 small engine shop to buy a snow blower. The sales person explained in detail the pros and cons of each type and brand. Did not purchase anything but was impressed with the sales person's knowledge and attitude to help customers without undue pressure.
