I received an email first thing this morning after submitting an email inquiry after hours just last night. I had an emergency decal needed, and A-1 was quick to respond and help! I ended up working with another company who was closer to us, but it was nice and refreshing that A-1 was so willing to help! I will definitely contact them in the future for in-house printing services.
Took a plaque for engraving on Friday. July 27th 2023 . Today is August 9th and it still can not be completed . They took my number to call for anything that changed . Nothing no calls . I offered to pay up front they suggested I wait to this was complete . Calling this morning , they said they wanted my number for a call back early this morning. Called still no return call !!.....called at 3 pm .......they wanted my number to see status of my project ....canceled order !!...going to odessa to get my project completed ! ....... read more
