This place is top notch!
A1 was recommended to me by my contractor. I called and left a message after hours and it was returned promptly. They came out within 2 days to look at the location and I received a quote the next day via e-mail. The price was fine and I placed the order. I was told a couple of weeks from order placement to installation which is exactly what occurred. I'm not sure whether this is a bad review of A-1 Glass or of Marvin windows. But a window delivered broken, installed after a "fix", has continued to not function. A-1 punts to Marvin. Marvin punts to A-1. It's been 16 months. I'm not happy. Update - 2 weeks after the above and 4 phone calls later. Each time I call, someone is out or "I need to talk with . . .
