I called A-1 with an urgent service need and explained to the service manager that my problem was a high-level alarm. They were able to send a tech out the same day and replace my pump, which was failing. They replaced my pump with higher quality pump than I had and my alarm has cleared. Thank You!

I called to get help with my mound system, sub pump that was not working. Jim stayed on the phone with me until my problem was solved; come to find out a breaker was tripped which silenced the alarm and caused an overflow I was unaware of in my my basement. I tripped the breaker like he said and the alert buzzer went on and all of my water started going down the drain which was before flooding my basement for 2 days me and my family tried so hard to solve the problem but couldn’t I am fairly new to this type of thing. I would not reccomend using this company if you actually need your septic pumped. He did not show up for my appt and did not call me to inform me of any issues. He barely communicated with me and just kept promising to be out to do it and used tire issues as an excuse. Here I am on day 2 with a full septic and he still has the "tire issue". What a joke. Very disappointed!
