Was Looking for a Septic Company that can explain how a Septic system works since we're new to owning a home with Well & Septic. Did the job no problem. Price was was a lot higher than three years ago. But they have emptied out my system for probably 15 years or so so I decided to go with them again. I asked what the charge would be for digging out my two lids. I gave the depth. One was ground level the other about 3-6 inches. I was told no charge. Great. When the bill came I was charged an extra $50. I asked and was told he had to dig 12 inches. I watched from my window as he did the work. Not even close to 12 inches. I had my septic system at very high level at inspection. They had service here in twenty minutes and the gentleman walked me through everything. He was friendly and professional. Awesome, amazing service!
We had an emergency situation on the weekend overnight. Lisa was so helpful. She tried to save us a visit by troubleshooting over the phone. Ultimately, Matt came and took care of the problem. I am beyond pleased with the level of customer service from this company, especially the owner Lisa. Thank you!
