The plumbing industry is a better place with A--1 Service Plumbing. No company is perfect, and unfortunately more people will take the time to express their disappointment. I am grateful for all the reviews it does help get a different perspective. I personally experience the effort to correct a dissatisfied customer, if you allow them to resolve you complaint, they are very open minded and work at an A-1 level to be reasonable. It has been over a month of phone calls I still have not received an ITEMIZED invoice for the services provided at my home June 11 and 18. The plumber was asked to fix/ repair 4 outdoor garden faucets. The hardest one was to chip away a little of the stone to get the pipe and add an extender. He could not finish it the first day and needed to return a week later to complete the job. The first bill was $225 and the 2nd was $265. Only the prices were listed on the invoice. I am extremely disappointed in this company. Bottom line is technician came out on a Monday after 5 pm ( they were late) after an appointment was made on a Saturday. My son found a leak in upstairs master bathroom. He cut drywall and discovered a crack in the 4inch waster pipe. A1 was aware of what materials would be needed for this repair. And yet when they came out, after looking at what needed to be done (this took about an hour) the techs needed to go to Home Depot. Both left for Home Depot and were gone an hour. Excellent job done on my repipe, I have used them 2 times already and had no problem for the first re-piped, it lasted for 26 years w/o any issues, 2 weeks ago i had to repiped the house again with new material. Prompt sevice, friendly staff and fairly priced. I will continue to use their services if needed.

I have used A-1 Plumbing for many years for my septic tank maintenance. The service people are always prompt, friendly and do a great job. I have never had a problem.

Four guys and a full day to put in a light weight acrylic bathtub and still not get it right. Then they have to come back and cut holes in the wall because they forgot to put foam under the tub. Then I have to call another plumber in because they didn't strap the tub valve and they put the hot and cold cartridge in wrong, so we had to cut another hole in the wall. They wouldn't return my call. They should call these guys Dumb and Dumber Plumbers.

Last year (2017) I had both my home and office re-plumbed. The office job was done with the least interference with my business (mostly on the weekend). They did a great job on both projects. Would definitely go with them again!

A1 Svc replace all the plumbing in my house for almost $3k. Everything seemed fine until a leak busted out a few months later. I called them back as the work was still under warranty. Mike (the owner) at first stated the work was no longer under warranty and I had to show them the original receipt to prove that it was. The plumber proceeded to tear down part of the wall to expose the plumbing in order to repair the leak.
