You could not say you will be there there next day, but first will call....never call....never answer our calls at 11:30 am 1:30 pm 3:30 pm 6:00pm next morning NO RESPONSE..UNPROFESSIONAL...finally called D&K and were there promptly ....early, same day service...I recommend THEM!!!! 5 stars

1 is to high of a rating to give so called business. Called to get him to come and have not just one but two septic tanks cleaned out. He took the job and said he would be there the next day, and after not showing in the morning I called and he said he got an emergency job ( which one of the houses here was an emergency) and would be down in the evening. He flat out lied and was a no show so once again I called he said he would be down first thing in the morning. Once again he lied and when called made more excuses about hav... read more
After 2 days of him promising he'll be here on a scheduled appointment. He still never shown up. We tried to contact him several different times and could not get an answer. Would not recommend.
Contacted A-1 on a Monday, he told me he would be able to come out that Tuesday morning at 10 am, not only did he not show up for the appt time, but after numerous amounts of trying to contact him via telephone he did not answer, finally called me back at 2:30 that evening, and told me he would be able to make it on Wednesday at 8:00 am, yet he missed another appointment and I was not able to contact him, left numerous messages and he never called me back, thankfully I was able to contact another company who is willing to dr... read more
They take care of Shadow Lake RV Park. Great Job..
Does good work,also keeps their portable toilets very clean. If you need your septic tank pumped or line unstoped give them a call.
