I called A-1 last week and scheduled an appointment with Scott for Monday this week after 10. He called just after 10 and told me he was on the way. He showed up with a shiny truck and a smile on his face and did a great job for a fair price which we agreed on beforehand. He also recommended a better monthly maintenance product that is commercial and less than the one we were using. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
Scott did great work for us. Fast service. He pumped our tank and repaired our drain line that had roots and rocks in it. He found the problem very quickly. He got us all fixed up and did a great job with cleanup.
Came next morning, on time. Did Quick, efficient work, good cleanup. Nice, friendly man. Will definitely use again and recommend.
My mother used A1 and absolutely raved about them. They were very friendly, called back immediately, answered all her questions, worked with her schedule and got her Septic pumped for her. She 10/10 recommends them. She doesn't know how to leave a review so that's why I'm doing it for her, but they were so great if we ever need any plumbing help we will also be calling A1 !
Called and sent message on website,no response. Called 2 numbers on website again a week later. No answer and no return call. Call B&D septic! They answered and were at the house in a hour!
