If I could give a -1 I would. Called A-1 for my aerator to get checked and my septic tank to be pumped. First they said they can't pump unless they could go in my neighbor's driveway. My neighbor is not going to allow that so I said I will have someone else come pump it. After that, they called back and said they can't do the aerator if I have someone else pump. So.....needless to say I will find someone who will pump and put in my aerator without charging me extra just because they have to pull a little bit out of my drivew... read more
