The people at the town health department said I should have my septic checked out and have a form filled out and put on file prior to selling the home because the septic was old. Called A1 and they came out to inspect it. Gave me a whole show about how it's imminently going to fail. Since they told me that, was legally required to put it in the home disclosures. I truly regret having to be the “fly in the ointment” amid great reviews on some other sites, and have delayed writing this until I exhausted all options. A-1 Septic was referred to us in May 2019 by a highly reputable real estate agent. Dennis C******, the owner of A-1, came to our home to size up the job, and to follow up with a proposal.
