I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Denae, Casey and Greg are incredible at what they do. Very knowledgeable, upfront about what you do and don’t need to spend money on, and I always feel like they put the client first. I’ve never seen someone make jokes while literally pumping poop, but Casey does and brings such a positive mood to the job with him. I’ve called them for several houses over the years and I will continue to do so. Very pleased!!!

We had A1 come empty our septic tank and a few weeks later it was backed up. I called, and being unknowledgable, I couldn't answer questions. One thing that resonated with me is hearing "we don't want to charge you unnecessarily." I've now heard that three times and appreciate a business who cares about their customers and runs their business with old school morals. Beware of their installation. We continue to get septic blockages that started a few years after installation. Now 7 years later we are learning that the wrong size pipe was used, the lines were not it properly filled with rock to support sinking, there is also a turn in the line (which causes blockages). I would much rather had paid for it to be done right the first time. Now we will be out thousands of dollars to have it corrected. With established landscaping and concrete we may loose even more money.
