Shawna deserves 5 stars. I've had plenty of issues in the past about the gate not being open on time in the a.m. but she's has made it a priority to make sure the security company is there on time or before. She's also gone out of her way to call to make sure I don't get charged a late payment. Much appreciated Shawna.

Here you get a person/place with perks. Shauna greets you with a genuine smile. She helps resolve issues as quickly as possible. ASAP. She cares for the place and your belongings as if her own and you were family. A place you come to for the prices, and then you stay for the peace of mind. Thanks Shauna for all that you do.

The biggest issue is the gate isn't opened when it's suppose to be. Just whenwhener their third party security company decides to show up.

This is unacceptable. Easiest business to run and they consistently fail! This is the 3rd time I've pulled up to load or unload my belongings and the main gate is closed during business hours! I'm going to have to move out. Gate is locked, no one is in thw front, they don't answer the phone. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I am mad!
