I have had a storage shed for 5 years. Shawna is the lady that has been there the whole time. She has always been helpful and conversational. You have a new friend and feel safe that someone dependable is always there.
Shauna was great when I moved out of the storage. Wonderful customer service for all of the years I rented there. Thank you for the awesome experience.
Shawna deserves 5 stars. I've had plenty of issues in the past about the gate not being open on time in the a.m. but she's has made it a priority to make sure the security company is there on time or before. She's also gone out of her way to call to make sure I don't get charged a late payment. Much appreciated Shawna.
Here you get a person/place with perks. Shauna greets you with a genuine smile. She helps resolve issues as quickly as possible. ASAP. She cares for the place and your belongings as if her own and you were family. A place you come to for the prices, and then you stay for the peace of mind. Thanks Shauna for all that you do.
The biggest issue is the gate isn't opened when it's suppose to be. Just whenwhener their third party security company decides to show up.
