I had 2 units there for quite a while. 2011-2024… This manager was only at the end. So I’m not going to bag on her. One of my units had homeless living in it. for about a month I surmise. They went thru all of my family stuff. It sucked. No call, no I’m sorry, just, better come take a look, and get another lock. Wow. And of course the price kept going up. It was ridiculous. But I was stuck. I hope it is better these days, but the ownership SUCKED. at that time. terrible. Life goes on, and I salvaged what I could.

The best experience I have ever had was getting a unit here. The prices are great. Shauna has been wonderful in keeping me up to date and not being late. I have 3 units. She always keeps an eye on the place. She is a very warm person. I always feel good calling her and asking for an extra day on my payments. She never judges and makes me feel I have a friend in her.

I have had a storage shed for 5 years. Shawna is the lady that has been there the whole time. She has always been helpful and conversational. You have a new friend and feel safe that someone dependable is always there.

Shawna deserves 5 stars. I've had plenty of issues in the past about the gate not being open on time in the a.m. but she's has made it a priority to make sure the security company is there on time or before. She's also gone out of her way to call to make sure I don't get charged a late payment. Much appreciated Shawna.
