If I could give 8 stars I would. I am one of the most critical people when it comes to customer service and Bill and company exceed my expectations each and every time I have needed help. I found myself in quite the bind today, and he spent personal time on the spot to solve my problem. I would have paid 3 times what he asked, and I told him so. I used this service to get a piece of a car key out of my driver's side lock. The people at the store were extremely helpful and friendly. They spent over and hour working on my car and didnt give up. Eventually the key came out without having to take off the door! They were friendly throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. The place was a little hard to find... but well worth it.
