Beware of doing business with Pete! He moved a pool table for me this summer, while moving it he scratched the side. He took the piece to be repaired and then stopped returning my texts and calls. I had to find my part on my own, and go pick it up myself months later. I wasn’t able to use my pool table and had to hire another person to come install so I could use my pool table and now there is now a bump under the felt. Please use caution when dealing with Pete, he is unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. Zero stars
Rex and the team at A-1 are great to work with. They are timely with production and considerate of everyone's needs. Constant contact from the crew on the progress or any potential issues on your order, which is a great thing to have. If for some reason they can not make the part or do not have the answer they will give a contact who can solve my problem. ( I was asking for some aluminum to get laser cut) I will always go to them for my metal fabrication needs! -r-
