Recently had A-1 Gutters install some gutter on my new home. Although the installation itself went well, their customer service is terrible. For various reasons I made numerous calls to this business, but they never respond. After they told me that they would call me to let me know when the job would be scheduled, they never called. It took several calls to finally get the information from them. After the job was done, I called to purchase a gutter diverter. I was told that one would be brought over. A week later, nothing. I received a proposal from A-1 Seamless Gutters from Auburn, Maine. They gave me a quote but when I called them and scheduled the work they never showed up even after scheduling the work on two different dates. They also were negligent about returning calls. I would not recommend this company.
