We found A1-Seal Coat (Bill Timblin) with a simple Google search. We asked for a free estimate and references. He was very responsive with both. He and his crew did an outstanding job, on time and within budget. This is a small condo community and our parking lot looks fantastic! We (the HOA board) have received several positive comments about the project. We will call Bill back when the time comes to refresh the parking lot. Nice Job, Bill!
