Through no fault of A-1, Fedex lost a package I had sent. After wasting god knows how long on hold with Fedex, they finally told me I needed to work thru the shipper I used. That's when the story goes from Garbage to HALLELUJAH!!!! Chris and crew over at A-1 took care of literally everything from there. They got pictures and information for the claim and kept me up to date on everything.
