Going purely off of my experience with the technician who came to my house it was horrible. He wasn't trying to do his job at all let alone to a good standard. I needed my chimney cleaned and He came over saw 2 women there and lied about the condition of my stove and chimney during his inspection, cleaned nothing an asked for $395 as well as offered to removed an dispose of the stove he claimed was ruined. Absolutely exceptional. I had smoke all throughout my house from an apparent blockage in the flue. Called three other companies - one of which was the company that sold us the fireplace less than a year ago - and told them that my carbon monoxide detector was literally going off, and no one would come out for weeks (if they even called me back...)! A-1 called me back within one hour of me leaving a message, and scheduled a confirmed appt for the NEXT day. Then called me back an hour later and got someone out to me before end... read more
