Randy and Ed are great to work with. Randy answered very sleepy in the middle of the night, got right to work and got Ed to my truck's location within an hour of our call. Ed was professional and explained in detail the situation at hand and offered options for best way to resolve. We got the driver off the side of the road to a safe location. I just called for roadside service for my semi-truck with an electrical problem and just for installing the computer to check, they are charging me $500 for this without solving the problem, just for installing the computer. Scammers.verry bad service.
