Stay Away. I tried to hire this person to do a roof assessment and after having to CONSTANTLY call just for him to give me his notes (not even an official report) on what was wrong with the roof for 2 weeks, he could not deliver. Thank god I didn't actually hire him to do the roof if this is how Jose conducts business.
