We recently had a significant amount of water in an unfinished area of our basement. We were concerned with moisture content in the concrete floor and walls as it relates to mold. Brian inspected, using a moisture meter, while also looking for physical signs of water damage and/or mold. Finding none he allayed our fears. Hopefully i'll never need water remediation, but if we do we'll call A-1 before calling anyone else. Thanks to Colin and especially Brian.

We hired A-1 Restoration to rebuild and restore our home after a devastating house fire, and we are extremely pleased with the results! Full props given to A1 Restoration for their efforts in inspecting and remediating our ventilation related attic issues. Having these issues address in a timely manor was critical as our house was going on the market soon. Brian was super responsive and the A1 team handled everything in a professional manor. When we got back to the house there were no traces that they had even been there. Except for the fact that the issues were totally addressed, that is!
