My experience with A1 Restoration was mixed ,but I appreciate the work that was put into addressing a difficult situation. I initially had a leak coming from my attic and later learned there was not enough ventilation, which resulted in mold.Unfortunately ,my insurance didn't cover this,so I paid out of pocket to have the mold removed,my attic redone,and new insulation installed.The job was expected to take about 4 days but ended up taking 8 days due to the products needing adjustment for my attic and some scheduling challen... read more

Terrific service! I worked with Brian over the phone to arrange a roof inspection. Communicated with him several time to find a weather window that would allow a crew to get up on the roof. He was always quick to respond. Phil came out to do the inspection and was very easy to work with and got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use A-1 again.
We live in Belvidere in the Clines Ford subdivision, and had some storm damage. A1 came in and and inspected house inside and out, and found damage to the house we didn't even know about. Jeff came in went over everything he found. After we approved everything he and his team handled everything with our insurance.
