Went to rent a cement mixer for the weekend. The gentle man at the desk advised me not to rent because the weather would not be suitable. Sure enough. He was right! He could have just taken my money. I will continue to rent from them with no hesitation as the need arises. This is just but one example of what is missing from businesses these days.
Fair and friendly.
I've been renting equipment for years for projects here and there and usually been OK but recently it's went down hill fast. Overcharging for cleaning, making up false charges. Customer's be aware it's cheaper down the road. CRS all the way, better people with better rates!
