The gentleman who waited was really nice and helpful. I wasn't there 30 minutes, he got me taken care of and on the way.
Employee was 100% still drunk from night before. Eyes BLOODSHOT. Took him about 10 minutes to figure out he was standing up in front of the computer after stumbling out of the office where he had to be woke up. Other employee had auger packed in car before slushed guy looked up (like we just got there) and asked, “Can I help you?” Took another 30 minutes to check us out and then “tried” to charge us more.
