Initial review left September 2023 — I was told an initial estimate of 13-15K on my very small bathroom for a remodel. I still have the message in an email. He said, and I quote , “After looking over your project with your husband, our initial estimate would be between $13,000 and $15,000 for this work.”. I emailed back and said that that was around the price range we’re looking for. Three and a half weeks later when I finally got the actual estimate it was about 10K more, not including the tile, toilet, sink, fixtures, etc.... read more

I can highly recommend A-1 Renovation. They have just completed repairing my townhouse after it sustained significant water damage from a burst pipe. After having the damage mitigated, A-1 came in and repaired walls, replaced floors, painted, replaced cabinets, countertops and made my house livable again! A-1 was helpful throughout the process.
