I’m not sure if they were the owner, but the person handling my service was rude and condescending. The customer service was absolutely appalling! They quoted prices off the top of their heads that made no sense. How are you going to charge me exuberant prices for a horrible service? I feel like I left with more problems than I arrived with! Time and money wasted. Never again!
Waste of money. I even called beforehand and asked if you guys could wash and get rid of the odour in my car left from my cat having an accident. That was the main priority!! The car seat still smelt. literally did absolutely nothing. And the man that works there is very combative, can’t even be honest with him without him being defensive and speaking over me, very unprofessional behaviour. $100 down the drain! Cheap but perfect. I d love to wash my car at this place with less than $10.
I’ve gotta say, I received the best service and the best car wash I’ve ever had. The owner was very generous, and even worked on his day off because I showed up on the wrong day. I highly recommend!
