Montgomery Sansome was called to give us an estimate on our remodeling project in San Francisco at an existing Victorian home. The estimate presented by them was slightly above the lowest estimate but their reputation on the internet was remarkable so we had them do the work. The work consisted of one kitchen re-do, two bathrooms, a new furnace and other upgrades totally approximately $250,000.
