Worst customer service by Gregory Kerr. Didn’t call me to confirm appointment so I did. The day of the appointment no call no show. I called and he told me a pice was ordered to fix my dryer. I asked why no one called me informed me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled and he told me “well if you want your dryer fixed thats the option if not I can cancel your appointment”. Doesn't return phone calls. No parts were shipped. Might as well repair the washing machine myself.
DNC. Not nice. He wants to argue with a customer. Told him about contacting service provider. Didn’t listen he ask me if I call direct tv. I shared yes I just told you that I have tried everything. It Is a repair I need on the . He didn’t like it because I shared I had already told you about being with direct for 2 days several different times. TV. DO NOT CALL THis. Repair SERVICE.
Third time today a no call/no show. We have to turn off fridge in the morning to help with replacing ice maker and no one shows up! Three times we have defrosted - this is truly insane. Asurion why is it that this is the business contracted to work with customers? The one-star reviews are a warning!
Steer clear of this company.This guy is a scam artist and a liar.Lied to the service center telling them we refused service and drove away.Needs to be investigated for fraud.Shame on Home Depot and asurion for not vetting this character.0 STARS!!!
