After having some issues due to a full tank, I contacted multiple companies for a pump. The first available company was A1. I was given an hour and a half window and stayed home to meet them. As the time period ran, I contacted them to get an ETA. I was very rudely told to contact Jacob directly as their refrigerator at home had broken and that was her priority. I contacted Jacob who stated he didn't realize what time my appointment was scheduled for, did not finish the first job and the homeowner called to complain and he h... read more
Gene & A-1 were amazing to work with! Called on a Friday afternoon & he was there in less than 2 hours! Came back the next day & installed a part so we don't have to dig up the whole tank again. HIGHLY recommend & we'll be using A-1 again!!!
