Very quick to respond. We setup an appointment where he showed up on time which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was quick with his estimate. Once he got the authorization he got the parts and installed them the very next day. I’m very happy with the service and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
Pump went on my hot tub. Called Ashik on a Friday @ 7:00 PM and he came out Saturday morning and made the repair. Quick service for a great price.
The owner came to repair a leaking jet on our hot tub and couldn’t locate the leak. I eventually found the leak myself, but when we pointed it out to him, he insisted we were wrong—until we physically showed him the water leaking. He then attempted to fix it but replaced the jet three times, unable to stop the leak. On his second visit, the hot tub leaked through the floor, damaging the drywall ceiling in our garage. Called on the stat, he was able to come out and repair our hot tub quickly and for thousands less than what we were quoted by another hot tub company. He was straightforward and didn’t charge us until he knew his repair worked. Will definitely call him again. Thank you
