Travis & his team at A-1 quality contracting has done it again! I've used them for years & have been impressed with their work every time. This time he replaced leaking coils on my system, and I must say he did a great job! Travis explained everything to me along the way and even showed me other issues that he discovered & worked with me to rectify it & avoid further issues in the future. A-1 Quality Contracting has to be the single BEST HVAC company in the Houston area!! They are the best in every aspect of their industry. Travis is honorable, ethical, and truly working to help you with your heating and cooling needs. I had a company that came out 3 times and couldnât diagnose the problem. They were scheduled to come out again, but told me materials were hard to find, and that it would take almost a week to find and install the new equipment. They got held up on a job and arrived late. Asked if he could do the work at night and he said he gave his word and he would be there! He made repairs we were happy and he finished about midnight! Don't see people these days that their word means something!Â
Travis was quick to arrive and efficient in locating and understanding the issue. He was friendly, professional, and informative through every step of troubleshooting and performing the needed maintenance.
