UPDATE: In September, one month after Jeff finished our deck, there was a strong storm and our neighbor's massive tree fell on the deck, destroying the privacy wall and causing damage to the posts, along with other damage to our house. Jeff was adamant on making sure our deck was fixed right. Upon inspection of the frame of the deck, it was PERFECTLY INTACT, just as square and level as the day he built it. Any big home project can be nerve-wracking, but working with Jeff was a breeze. He took all the anxiety out of everything we were worried about. From dealing with the city on permits and reworking the schedule, Jeff made sure that we were 100% happy with the outcome. Without doubt Jeff was THE BEST contractor we’ve ever worked with! He was conscientious; at one point I thought I should move materials to the back yard overnight. Jeff had quietly had done that! He was friendly and professional. He was methodical and calm. He cleaned the backyard better than it was originally and our new deck is immaculate.
