A plumber that did work for our office and ended up causing a huge leak hired them to come in and clean up. I was told by the plumber that the manufacturer of the "faulty part" that caused this was paying for the clean up and restoration. In the meantime, all this company did was come in and put fans in our office to dry up the standing water. We still have water stains in our carpets, ceiling tiles that had gotten soaked and destroyed were just left laying around, our office is still a complete mess. The rugs should have be... read more

I came home from a weekend away over Thanksgiving to at least six inches of water in the basement. It was an absolute mess. After the sump pump did what it could, I called these guys to clean up the basement and I could not be more pleased. They did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone. They were also very personable and friendly. We really loved A-1 Pro Disaster Restoration! They responded so quickly to help us. I don't think anybody else would have responded so quickly. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind everybody was to my husband who has dementia. Even though he would ask them the same questions over and over again, everybody was so nice and patient with him. Isaac and Jess were extremely professional and kind.
