First of all A-1 Power Equipment is no longer on Alleghany Ave in Lindenhurst, they're on Montauk hwy in Copiague. Originally A-1 power Equipment was the best place to go for repairs but since the business got sold and the original mechanics went else where. The new owners have hacks working for them. I brought my Stihl chainsaw to them having problems and they charged me $50 and told me it was fixed.
