Unfortunately overall this was probably the worst experience we've had with any type of service company. I usually take care of the pool myself but after back to back surgeries we had to get a company to get the pool cleaned and up & running for the season. They had a minimum 1 year contract. Not only are the folks at A1 inept and un knowledgeable about pool care, they try constantly to charge you for anything they can get away with. I had nothing but problems with them and the office staff is worse. I experienced several occasions of damage to my pool equipment that when I brought to their attention (photos) they just denied. I can’t imagine the problems and $$$ it would have cost me needlessly if I wasn’t at my property full-time to see and document. Avoid at All costs.
We switched to A-1 this year and are so happy with the quality of service and responsiveness. The people we deal with are knowledgeable, and they are proactive about identifying and fixing any issues. Our pool has never looked better! Thank you
