I am so grateful for Darren, Loy, Jaime & their whole crew! This is my second year with the company and I have never been disappointed with them. Quite the opposite, actually. Darren hand delivered a part to our house we needed for our pool heater after hours to get it warmed up for a special occasion. That’s what I call excellent service!
They are terrible! The woman behind the counter is very disrespectful, and so is Darren. They are at least not kind when speaking to women specifically. They cleaned my pool a total of 1-2 whole times in the summer when we payed for weekly services. They are rude and not reliable. At this rate, you can spend half the money on a super nice, self cleaning pool vac than you would with them. Highly recommend not wasting your time there!
Good service and good selection of products, definitely geared more towards pools than hot tubs.
