Called because my shower door was leaking and he asked me to send pictures and call back.i sent the pictures and I waited a week to call back and as soon as I started to talk to him he went off yelling at me that nothing is wrong with the door, it just needs caulk. He literally yelled at me. I could not believe it. Anyways, I apologized for bothering him and hung up. I always try to support small businesses but not this one. I had a repair guy look at my issue, it needs more than caulk.
A-1 Plumbing Supply has helped us twice and saved us money both times. They have gone above and beyond in answering our questions. On our first repair a plumber installed the wrong valve cartridges in our garden tub faucet, charged us over $300, and the faucet still didn't work.
