came out during a weekend for a major "main drain line" emergency. after a hundred years the old terracotta pipe failed completely and totally. found the issues, formulated a permanent solution and executed the plan in a professional, craftsman and efficient manner. very pleased. nice to know there are still professionals who operate the way it used to be done.
Good honest work. A lot going on in my house. A1, is like family now (the ones you want to keep). Put in New AC, furnace and water heater. Switching over to gas. Any one who knows my husband knows how he was against gas. Warren explained everything to him and he was convinced, to go with gas. I called A-1 to fix a problem with my air conditioning at my place of business. I’m a private real estate school. We must have a/c to keep students comfortable. A-1 responded quickly, analyzed the problem and made repairs. System has been functioning properly for nearly 4 years. They also were able to fix a problem with clogged sewer lines about 10 years ago. This was after 3 other companies had attempted to fix the problem without success. I’ve had no problems since. I’d certainly recommend A-1.
They are liars and cheats. Plumber did work for us and cut a line under our house. My crawl space flooded and the charged me another 205.00 to fix there mistake. The manager would never call me back. Stay away the company doesnt care about loyal customers just money. Please go elsewhere to save on aggravation
