Signed rental agreement, paid and then we decided no we don’t want to rent today. called and said let’s cancel and was told they can’t give us our money back. We didn’t use the unit and we hadn’t even been under contract for six hours.

Brian was very helpful and easy to rent from! He was thorough going through the safety checks (blinkers/lights, connections, weight distribution, etc) and made sure we understood how to connect everything. When attaching the first trailer, the left blinker didn't work. So Brian was able to switch the trailer out for another one that was full working. I would recommend renting from him.

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. There was a break in to one of the units and from the way things went down, I would put money on it that the owner is the actual thief. Ride to the person that it happened to, made comments like “ I have other things to deal with” and “these things happen”. Wouldn’t even cooperate with the police. Keep that in mind if/when your space is broken into. More than likely the owner.
