I thought my transmission was having problems (bad vibrations) so I brought it to A1 transmission. Floyd took the time to properly and honestly diagnose the problem. It turned out to be tire separation (thankfully still under warranty). Here’s the reason for my review: The very next day I received a phone call from Floyd, just checking to make sure my truck was running good. Not many places would check on you after the fact, especially if they didn’t perform the repair. Good honest mechanic!
Took my car there yesterday to get a diagnostic! The owner Floyd was very pushing, wanted me to get the car fixed right then. When I Express to him I would have to wait to get it fixed, he seemed to get upset. Now I pick my car up today and he did something to my car, now it is doing stuff it was not doing before I dropped it off to him. Very RUDE to my father on the phone.
