So ordering a part for a 2003 will get you a part for a 1998 that has completely different electrical plugs and mounting points. And I need my car fixed asap. On top of everything the office was filthy food on the counters and poor customer service my parts were covered in dirt and oil

I bought this part just two days ago and installed it today, only to find out it was defective. I immediately contacted them to ask for a refund, but they said it’s a final sale and refused. I then asked if I could exchange it instead, and they hung up on me! They didn’t even bother to check if the part would work properly before selling it, and now they refuse to take any responsibility. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
