A1 successfully moved us from IA to MN 2 years ago. The move included a 106 year old grand piano. We were impressed with their people skills as well their excellent moving abilities.

CAUTION ! ! ! If you select this mover and even have the owner give you an estimate for moving, and set a moving date, BE CAREFUL, Check back numerous times, I set up a move with the owner of the company Fred Nelson, the day he came ond gave me an estimate. He gave me a written bid, said he booked the move for the date I needed, fortunately, the week I was going to move, I called the beginning of the week, and my move mysteriously wasn't even on their calendar. A-1 is terrific! From the original estimate and planning conversation to the day of the move, everything was smooth, professional, and polite. They followed up before the move to confirm the time the movers would arrive. The movers (Carlos and George) were fantastic and helped us figure out some tricky things involved with the move. They treated our possessions as if they were their own, and got everything put in the right place in the new house. I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend A-1. Very professional made our move much easier From packing our pod to moving us into our new home they were fantastic. They did this in a very timely manner. All our furniture and possessions made it without a scratch. The two items broke were ones we moved ourselves. The guys moving us, both moving out of our home and moving to new one a few months later were friendly and courteous. Definitely a 5 star recommendation.

Hired them to move us from MN to FL, Carlos the driver was great but the company refused to move my grand piano as agreed, they gave me the run around for weeks, Don't trust these guys, they are great until they get your money. Used them because they had a A+ sticker from BBB on their website, but when I checked with BBB they said that they had a C rating and had been revoked for poor service, they were no longer an accredited business. There are plenty of other movers around.
