Dropped my car off for an oil change and tune up at 7am so it could be started when they open with the agreement my services would be completed by 11am. At 11:15am I called to find out if it was ready. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. At noon I got there and discovered my car hadn't been moved from the place I parked it.

Took my 2002 Ford F-150 to A-1 Motors for the replacement of the driver's front hub assembly, outer tie rod end and alignment. The employees are great and treated me the same as you would a long time valued customer in spite of it being my 1st time ever taking my vehicle there. I plan to make A-1 Motors my go to garage for future repairs and service needs.
Kenny and the whole crew at A-1 are amazing! I went to them after dealing with a not so honest shop and have been so happy with how Kenny handled my concerns. They were patient with me and went above and beyond when a manufacturer defect occurred. He provided all information I needed to set my mind at ease, kept me informed of any delays (happens regularly with ordering head ache inducing Mini Cooper parts) and did everything he could to make it right even though it wasn't his or the shops fault!! Highly recommend!!
Got me in right away. Very knowledgeable and professional with very fair prices. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
